Yes we issue all the certificates from the CV Central Office of Registries. Each certificate is $7 dollars. Write the full name, parents names, island and Parish of birth. Send your request with a money order payment and an envelope with postage an self addressed to the Consulate. The Certificate will be mailed back to you in about a week to 10 days.

Hi, I suggest you go straight to the consulate. I went a few weeks ago and the passport was done in 4 days. And they had 100s of passports in their drawers from people who have not gone there to claim. I bet yours is in that pile.
