I ordered a NY STYLE BEEF pizza takeout and I received sausage. Whenever I called, the lady told me she made it herself and that the sausage and the beef were right next to each other and probably just got some pieces of sausage mixed in. I proceeded to tell her again that the WHOLE entire pizza was SAUSAGE. My boyfriend does not eat pork and he almost threw up when he took a bite. She was rude the whole time and did not take responsibility for the mistake. She finally said she'll make a new one and just hung up on me. I showed up at the place with the sausage pizza to show her. Once again she was completely rude and didn't even make it right. My pizza was not a X-LARGE NY style, it was a regular medium pizza. She said her name was MEGAN and she claimed to be the manager. I work at a restaurant industry and I have not seen a "manager" this terrible and not know how to manage. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they ripped me off my money as I'm still trying to get a refund. I recommend any other pizza place beside this one.

Waited 38 min for pizza and hot wings and pay driver and ripped him and as he was bout to leave,got wrong order,and driver took other order with him and said to call the restaurant and I did and I guess it was manager I spoke to,and it didn't seem to concern bout it.and he seemed he was confused bout what order he was to make over, he then said he would remake my order as soon as they can. We order from here alot,we actually switch over from Marco pizza, here it is bout 11 pm .Driver apologies for it but manager still don't seem to care, no word of hey next time it's on us or hey I'll give a a discount or anything of that manner,

Ordered carry out yesterday here. First time eating here in about a year. Instructions for order were not followed. Workers didn’t seem to be trained in people skills and food was being prepped without gloves. Very disappointing.
