Worst phone system, can’t get anyone, just push a bunch of buttons that never take you anywhere

Extremely rude staff. The person on duty taking in patients was over the top with her attitude. Instead of talking to the people in the waiting room like they were humans, she decided to be malicious and impatient. They need to work on the staff they hire in consideration that their profession is in the medical field. So if you plan to go there now, you better wait until tomorrow so maybe the ignorant broad won't be working.

They send bills to the patient which are unauthorized and then they are unreachable for servicing the patient. Sent me a bill for services that I did not agree to.

I've interviewed with Quest Diagnostics twice. The first time I didn't hear back from them for 3 whole weeks until I applied for the same position. I was honest and upfront about telling them I'm pregnant, and it back fired!!! I am over qualified for the position, and feel like I was COMPLETELY discriminated. This situation was beyond illegal, and looking into my options!!

Yes, however this is the lab where screening is done. This is not a place where you drop off specimens.

What is reflex tiq test

John Tackkett | Sep 18, 2019

A reflex test is a test that is performed after an initial test has been performed. The reflex test is performed because something in the results of the initial test warranted further testing. TIQ just means test in question.

How long does it take for results?

For most labs, they’re done in less than 24hrs. If they’re drawn today, they typically will have results by early (like 3-4am) the next day. However, one cannot see their results until the ordering physician has viewed them.
