What a great ACE hardware store location. The owner women, Tina was super nice on the phone. She was willing to put my name on this 4 burner blackstone grill. I arrived at the store and all employees were super nice. As you can see in the picture, they loaded the grill for me. I will continue to shop this location in the Dewitt/Syracuse area.

Absolutely a horrible place to buy tools and machinery. Poor customer service even with a receipt. Both the assistant and the manager were non caring if their products worked. Didn't offer any assistance to help with the issue!!!! Never recommended this store to anyone.

This store looks small from the outside, but inside... everything you can think of is here! All the young men inside working the store was a bonus. Unlike Loews or Home depot where you can't get anyone to assist you these guys were available to help. Today I only purchased duct tape and screws, but I'll definitely be back! Very impressive. I should've been coming here as it's closer to my home.
