Female Manager has greatly improved her customer service! A black male worker who at first gave great customer service, once said under his breath, "That's right, go to white boy", when I was debating over which checkout to go through. A black female who at first gave great customer service, started giving poor customer service. When I complained, she whispered something in a manager's ear. She definitely better not of said I stole. I do not steal. Sometimes I use my own shopping bag when I shop. Twice I took an item out of my bag while shopping because I had some of my own items already in my bag. So at this point in life, if anyone defames me, I'm suing them! FYI, People who steal don't wear their work credentials around their neck. Also they allow people who are high or homeless, to stand in front of the door and hold the door for people, in hopes that people will give them money. Store manager looks hostile and does not say a word to me, except for one visit. I've shopped at this store for one week and have spent over $750! I'm constantly followed whether I'm buying a handful of items or buying a cart full. Someone stole and he told the person who told him, no worries. I responded, that's because you follow the wrong people! I've experienced great customer service from two cashiers. My second visit a manager told me that there was a long line behind me. I told her that my time at the register is my time, and everyone else's time is their time. I told her, I was going to go at the pace that I need. A cashier next to the line I was in, kept talking to the cashier at the register I was at. That cashier even held up a customer. I purchased fifty items. I was followed by multiple people. Usually I would go to the store manager, tell them why I decided not to give them my money, and leave the items right there.
