Had a weight distribution hitch installed, had some concerns when I got home called Krystal in service she immediately set up an appointment for me the next day. After being there for less than a half an hour Jason went over in detail the changes that he made which satisfied all my concerns. Great customer service from the scheduling to the workmanship.

Terrible company!!!. We had a 2022 NEW 5th wheel delivered, was rushed through the walk through in a shop, didn't really inspect the outside carefully because it's new so we assumed everything was ok. Well I inspected it outside a couple days after it was dropped off and it has scratches all over the side and the exterior was disgusting never washed or anything, interior wasn't even vacuumed. The $1999 prep fee was basically a battery and a bunch of scratches. Propane tanks not even full. They picked it up a month later to fix, it's been there for 3 weeks and I've never been contacted by anyone. I trusted them to deliver a clean RV and that was a huge mistake. Our 2019 diesel motor home trade in was cleaner than the 2022!!. We really regret the decision to buy here, big mistake. On top of the fact that I was offered 120k for my 2019 Pallazo that needed nothing eventually settling on 142k it's still listed on their site for 195k!! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!. They buffed out some of the scratches and used black touch up paint to fix the decal! Total patch job!! Still can see scratches on the front cap.. Even had the nerve to lie and say it was detailed inside and out. They delivered it and nothing was detailed, inside still covered in saw dust, exterior was the same, empty propane tanks. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

You can definitely save money being a Good Sam's member. There roadside assistance is great. When buying things at there store make look the item up on Amazon first. Sometimes you can get it cheaper on the web than the Good Sam's member price.
If you are talking about the original septic tank attached to the RV, you can purchase a portable septic tank on wheels. You simply attach, drain and wheel it away for dumping. If you have a clean-out in your yard, that's a good place to dump it.
Please call store directly for technical information about winterizing your RV. Usually google guides do not work for stores in question and are only patrons like you. It is important to winterize properly so you do not damage your RV and have a major repair and expense.

They have worked on my horse trailer. They installed my ramp and did some repairs on my living quarters. They also installed my power lift.
Yes they are open but all new campers are locked so you have to have one of them follow you around if you want to look at new campers
