Never have I been more satisfied with customer service. Everyone was so knowledgeable and respectful, and happy to help. I am completely restoring a pontoon boat and have lots of questions/needed advice on what to use. These guys answered everything completely and gave me an awesome price on stainless steel bolts, nylock nuts, washers etc. I paid the same price yesterday at Home Depot for 20 bolts as I did for over 300pcs of stainless bolts, nuts, washers, and anti-seize. I will never go anywhere else other than Hiawatha fasteners! Fantastic job guys!

Great place, great prices, helpful friendly staff, buy in bulk or by single. Have never let me down, from common hardware to odd specialty stuff.

Questions & Answers

I have an antique Drexel desk that is missing one drawer handle screw. It has been difficult trying to match in most hardware stores, do you do custom work if a match goes unfound?

Good afternoon Matthew, Thank you for the inquiry. The largest flat washer we stock is a 2" I.D. They are slightly over cut during manufacturing and after measuring with calipers they measure right at 2 1/8". With the tolerances used, we would say you may have luck with some but probably not with all of them if you are looking to slide them onto whatever shaft you are using these on. Some may need to be opened slightly for them to work for you. Hopefully this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call at (315) 452-0033. Thank you! Have a nice day!
