Fair prices and fast service. Called about an older Dell computer running Windows 7. Had a serious hard drive failure and I was unable to access anything. Brought them the computer on a Thursday. Less than a week later, they had recovered all the data and gave it to me on an external hard drive. These guys know what they're doing

I called Apple to ask about a hard drive issue with an old MacBook Air and they made me an appointment to have it checked out at Connecting Point. The store's customer service was top-notch: knowledgeable, respectful, forthright, supportive, patient, and even extra-mile. I asked to have a new hard drive installed and, on their own initiative, they also replaced some worn key caps simply because they had some extras available. I'm completely satisfied with the work and the experience. Five stars.

It was great to find a local shop certified to work on my iMac i5 and not have to drive an hour and carry my computer through an enormous shopping mall. They have always done right by me!!!

I think my 2007 iPad needs a new battery. It was working while plugged in. But it won’t turn on at all now. Shows low battery Symbol. Can I bring it in this week to be checked

DOES CONNECTING POINT DO "EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE REPAIR" ?? I WANTED TO ATTACH MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE TO MY RECENTLY PURCHASED REFURBISHED macOS Big Sur. The external hard drive I info says it is not able to work.
