Like everyone else, they're a small business struggling to make it through the pandemic. I applaud them for the work they've done. My son just started playing hockey there and absolutely loves it.

Went there for public skate for the first time last week on a Friday. I arrived right when they started and they did not even make NEW ice FOR public skate its absurd

You have to buy tokens now. $1 for 1 token, $5 for 5 tokens, $10 for 10 tokens, and $20 for 25 tokens. And then renting skates is $5
My friend helps her special needs daughter on the ice wearing boots. That's during weekday public skating.
I think that there is a 1-2 hour block of time for open skating in the evening. I can't remember the exact time but they can answer that if you call.

They can but you have to buy the ice time too
