We loved the welcoming feeling when we moved in and the great communication between every one living and working there, it's so nice that my kids could play out side and feel safe, they are doing a great job at fixing the bad rep that trailer parks get in cowlitz county... definitely would love there again if needed...

This park needs on sight management if one can have 5 cars why can't the other have 3 cars she said when I moved in she has her favorites and a neighbor held a theif at gun point for cops and all management said was oh wow

Total is 600.00 , 450 for rent 45.00 for sewer and you never know how much your power will be
