Seriously the worst experience anyone could ever have. I have gotten my car towed so many times that I can’t even keep count anymore. I even bought a parking permit and still got my car towed for no reason. As I am writing this right now, it is 4AM in the morning and I had to go attend to an emergency just to realize that my car was towed when I parked in the right spot. And that is just the one of MANY reasons why no one should ever consider living here. Me and my roommate were told to renew our lease and we were offered a parking permit with it and a $100 gift card for every month, they had told us that it was the best deal they had just to find out they were giving better deals to new comers and before we could confront them about it, the whole staff was fired. I’ve been living here for 2 years and I can comfortably say that living here has been nothing but a nightmare. At this point I’m 100% convinced that Proxi is hands down the WORST apartment complex in Lawrence. I don’t know who thought of making this apartment complex but they seriously need to find a new line of work and take the L on this one. So let me do whoever reads this a favor and say, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Major parking issues, management that could careless, and erroneous fees at moveout. Don’t be fooled by the pretty finishes, rent elsewhere if at all possible.

Worst place to live in Lawrence they over charge you everything no proper parking available car get towed when you move out to cover their loss they add something by fooling people and collect the fines staff is very ridiculous and employee are liars I suggest never take a lease here!!
