Full disclosure: I am the Sales Manager at BLSL. That said, I absolutely love this community. The residents are happy, clean, content, engaged and well cared for. The staff is tenured and caring, not just “going through the motions.” I’ve worked other places that I’ve left because I couldn’t say the same and I couldn’t “sell” someone something I didn’t believe in. I believe in BLSL, I believe in what we do everyday. The best part of working with Memory Care residents is when I see their personalities shine through.
