Would never stay at this location again. Don't let the online photos fool you. This hotel is BAD. Was booked for 3 nights but left after one night to Hampton suites which was night and day better. The front desk staff was nice (albeit took ten minutes to come to the desk when checking in). The hotel room was AWFUL. Carpeting coming up, you couldn't use the bathroom fan as it grinds and makes an awful noise, the AC system clunks when turning on and off which wakes you up so much you have to turn it off. The walls are so thin that you hear every single noise down the hall or outside. When I informed the front desk that it was so bad that I couldn't stay another night they simply said "well there is no refunds". No offer of another room, no apology. Almost felt like they knew they had me and nothing I could do. I lost two nights payment for the next two nights and went to Hampton who were exceptional. They even gave me a discount for my trouble with Wyndham. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

This was a layover spot due to missing my connecting flight to Paris. The hotel itself is not bad at all. The issue I had was trying to get the shuttle driver to pick up myself and a few others. Called 3 or 4 times within an hour to see where the driver was. He never showed so we took a taxi. The airport is 5 minutes from the hotel so we weren't sure why he never arrived.

I don’t typically give a bad review off one experience because sometimes you just have a bad day. But this one was too bad to not give a warning. This is the most poorly run hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We did the park and stay to fly out on an early morning flight. One front desk worker (I don’t blame her) to check in all the guests and get their cars checked in and contact the shuttle to pick up arriving guests and handle any guest issues that arise. The return just as bad. Line up of guests waiting, one person working and attending to everything, can’t get them to answer the phone to call the shuttle and get us. Finally get there and wait in the long line to get our keys and told our car is somewhere out back. The hotel itself is outdated and shabby and all in all the experience was terrible. Never again!

If you’re a light sleeper, do not stay here. I was placed at this hotel by Delta for a cancelled layover. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear everything; people talking, people walking, doors, etc. Only reason I added a second star is because the staff were very friendly. They were helpful with check-in and scheduling the shuttle. The server in the restaurant also gave us a heads up while waiting to check-in that the restaurant would be closing so she would take any orders right then. Other than that, it’s a pretty average hotel. Just did not get any sleep after 4am.

This past summer sometime. My parents stayed there in June and when we went in October it was Wingate.
