Tech came out, wouldn't climb the pole, said they would be back in the morning with a bucket truck.They never showed up. After waiting all day, I called. They told me the problem had been resolved. They never showed up! I called again, was told again that problem had been resolved! Finally went to the local office, he set up an appointment 4 days after my initial call. I had to purchase more data for my phone. Never received an apology or an attempt to make it right with me. Very poor lack of communication! .

Yes check your connections and call cox they will take care of it
I don't think they sell tv remotes, however you can pick up a universal remote at Wal-Mart in the electronics section just make sure the instructions list his brand and model of tv.
The over-the-phone representatives typically work in call centers, which often close by certain times. If you called after that time, they would either direct you to voicemail, or ask that you call again during their hours of business.
They where have alot of problems with it so they took it away
