Randy had my car towed there an took a look at what was goin on he kept it for a few days an called me back an said my transmission was broken an need repairs. He gave me a quote and I rolled with him an payed in unusual amount of time because of my pay. He understood an worked with me like no other shop would take that amount of time to pay off . Guys they understood!! Special team they are. And now I could pay my car off an got it back before I knew it!!! I can't thank him enough for allowing me to keep my car for repairs !! Randy was very understanding of my situation and what it Intel. His team who worked on my flex and was wonderful an finished my flex before hand!!! Took a while for me to get my car back but that’s probably because they’re really busy . Other than that the car seems too be running way better. Not too far a walk from my place too get to either .
