EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY poor customer service across management and staff . I set my appointment for 6:30 with Jenny(the manager ) and let them know I needed a soak off & full set. I thought that b/c it was about to be 7 they would say come another day but that’s what time THEY told me to come in . I get there and they make me wait 15 minutes (per usual ) and one of the nail techs began my soak off . The entire time atleast 3 of the techs are were complaining about how they want to go home . During my soak off I asked her , “ hey one of my toes is broken can you fix it for me (it was one small toe) .” She said yes , we can do it for you especially because you waited . Now I wish I would have got my actual nail techs name but it was either mimmy or kimmy one of those . The soak off tech says “she will actually be doing your nails & she will do that fix for you ( referencing the tech that did my nails )” . They did the transfer and during the whole time she’s doing my nails she’s making rude comments about me and saying very smart remarks in a joking way in addition to complaining about how she wants to go home . I just leave it alone . At the end I say hey are you going to be able to do the toe she laughs and says “I don’t have energy for that “ gets up and starts packing her stuff . Sooooooo ridiculous. I ask the “ manager “ Jenny .. “ hey can someone else help with it or do this for me” she says “ no one is here” and “ we need to go home , you didn’t schedule an appointment for your toes” . She had the most nonchalant , rude , disgusting attitude and could care less . She said “ I don’t know why the nail tech told you that” and proceeded to cash me out . She only did this because I was a BLACK WOMAN !!!!!!! I know for a fact if I was another race they would have treated me with respect and gave good customer service . Never will I ever come back to this racist , unprofessional establishment.

These people are the worst. They convinced me to get a dip/shellac job, so that all I had to do was get a fill in when I came in the next time. They quoted me $48, but charged me $63. The $63 included a fresh dip powder with shellac color and a soak off for the old dip powder I had on. The lady who did my nails, did not soak off anything. She used a nail tip and plucked off the old dip powder. No manicure was done nor did she prep my nails before dipping/polishing. As a result, almost half of my nails were lifting 2 weeks later. I’ve NEVER had dip nails that lasted less than 4-6 weeks and I’ve certainly never had them lifting as bad as they were. So I go back to get a fill in, which should’ve been only $38. Because of the lifting they told me it would $45. At MOST places that’s considered a whole NEW set of dip powder nails. The only reason why I did the dip/shellac in the first place was so that I could save money and not have to spend $63 every time I come in. They Bragg that they are the only salon that does a dip fill in. Complete rip off, especially when a manicure is not even included in that price. There’s a nail salon on every corner, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I'm a customer who gives a local business the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it not a good fit so I don't go back. This time my experience was so disappointing and disrespectful I had to post a review. I went to get a manicure and my nails painted again in black. Why this place? I'd just finish getting my eyebrows threaded so I figured a simple manicure and polish change would be easy. First when I set down and told the nail tech I wanted black again she responded "a bit boring" and laughed. Ok, wow I told I can't have a lot of bright colors on my nails - yeah I don't know why I felt the need to justify what l want. Secondly, the shop only has gel polish no black polish so it didn't hold up well on my nails. And finally, the nail tech didn't clean up the old black polish off my fingers nor try to. And I never received a real manicure massaging of the hand or cleaning my cuticles it was an assembly line service. The whole experience felt like servicing me was a bother to the nail tech. Another client ask for just a manicure and I heard the "oh only a manicure ". I'm not going to give my money or time to a busy who doesn't appreciate customers who doesn't want to spend $$$ on their nails..and no I didn't leave a tip. To the business please don't call me or reach out; the truth is the truth. You should share this with your staff and a learning opportunity.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!! My fiancée and myself have been customers for 9+ months! We both go completely out of our way to have them do our nails! Jennifer is an amazing manager! Anna and Steven are amazing owners! Jenny typically does my nails and they are beautiful every time!!! Love love love this nail salon!!!
