First I payed for a 5 piece of tenders meal got 3 pieces, fries were so old they could have been from the day before. Just plain bad . I probably won't ever go back to that place again.

I don’t know what was worse the chicken or the customer service. I have tried numerous of times to order freshly cooked chicken and I get old, hard, and overcooked meat. This location is by far the worse and today is the last day I will ever go back. Just letting you all know that if you are looking for good chicken DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I wanted a chicken sandwich for 2 weeks and decided to get one. What a bad idea that was. I Rarely check my sandwiches before I bite into them. But The whole meal was bad my fries were cold and my lid was partially on my drink and spilled in my car As it was handed to me. I figure what's the odds of my sandwich being made correctly if the fries are cold and the drink is half full with the lid halfway on. I open the sandwich and a piece of char right there in the front I chucked the whole meal. I guess this is what I get for trying to sneak and eat a sandwich before going home to eat dinner I will not be back to that KFC ever again I tried to call but the phone line remained busy and the traffic on Grand River in Wixom is just too thick to go back to the restaurant. I guess I'm just out of $8

I have not been to a KFC for about eight months, and I will never go again. The chicken was dry and over cooked, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese had no flavor. $37.00 for an eight piece meal, I expected much better, I actually expected the food to taste good.
