It's a great place to live but there are some extremely nosey neighbors that do not know how to mind their own business. They use their hearing aids to listen to everything I do and comment, at will, every time they hear sounds or movement from my apartment, as if my privacy means nothing. Dangit, damnit, geez, wow; these are the words of privacy invaders that don't know how to handle the responsibility that comes with wearing hearing aids, which allow you to hear more than you should in other people's private spaces.

I have lived at Bristol square for 4 years now and it has been a good experience. The community is nice and welcoming. The office has responded quickly when I have had maintenance requests. In the time I have been here they have updated my A/C, windows, hallway carpet, mow often and painted the hallway recnetly so they are taking care of the building I'm in. The grounds in the front are also nicely manicured with flowers. The only area I have seen a decrease that knocked off a star is the laundry rooms. They updated the system but made it cost more for less time on the machine. New tenants are also dirtier so I have noticed a decline in how clean the laundry rooms are. If they upped the cleaning of the machines and the room it would be 5 stars. Will update to 5 if it changes.

If I could leave a negative review I would. This company will speak to people who are NOT the leasee about finances of the apartment. Unfortunately just about every complex nearby is also run by the same terrible management. During my two years there one issue that I had was a dishwasher that would not drain, their example of timely maintnence was 52 days. If wasnt broke as could be, I would be suing. Rates will go up yearly as services will decline. Do NOT pay these thieves!

I like living here. My only complaints are the outside/ parking lot conditions in the winter. My car got stuck due to the grounds not being plowed and I fell on the slippery sidewalk. I wish they would handle winter conditions better. Other than that, I like my apartment and the neighbors are very nice. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
