The front desk staff were very helpful; specifically Alanate. They helped us check in early, we had two rooms and the staff made it so both rooms were next to each other. The rooms could use some updating but over all it was a decent place to sleep. The breakfast was limiting but I believe that this may be due to staffing issues. We didn't use the pool but it was open and other guest seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I would love to give this hotel and it's front desk team a negative score. Customer service is not anything that they excel at. My parents stayed at this hotel twice last year. Because their stays were pleasant, they decided to book yet another visit to this hotel. Unfortunately, my mother passed away a few days before their scheduled check in. My father (89 years old) immediately called the hotel and cancelled their reservation. He was informed that their reservation was nonrefundable and that they would be charged for the entire stay (2 nights). This seems rather harsh under the circumstance. When my father requested a copy of the invoice for the charges, he was told that that is not possible. Why? You charged his credit card. I will be traveling with my father to the area in August. Guess where we will not be staying.

Just writing about my very good experience, there. It was an excellent room 👌... The best thing was they put me on the top floor, which is great - You know noise from other guests is going to be minimal. I can't give it an all-out 5 because of problems with the shower water pressure ... and there were some TV channels out. But the overall room - and this is a big thing - was nice, with a clean bed, and it SMELLED good. Been to so many (notable) hotels, traveling for bznz, over $100 with a stinky room .. And I have to go to the desk and demand a different one ... This place excelled, in comparison. Padraic R Smith

Well I,Cheryl Compton(the Mom)and My Partner stayed here in The King Suite. It was Very Nice! Roomy,clean,soft bed,nice couch, dining area,good clear TV channels,easy coffee maker...!! Enjoyed the jacuzzi!!!😊Staff was Very Helpful and Considerate! Would definitely recommend for weekend get away!!👍😃👍
