I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water while I was doing the dishes. I was super worried about it. I brought it in to see Travis & he was able to inspect and make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very professional and explained things in a way I understood. They saved my phone! Dropped my phone on the sidewalk and completely shattered the screen. It was really really really bad. Thankfully I had insurance and UBreakIFix was able to get me in same day. Two hours later my phone was as good as new. They are very professional and do amazing work. Highly recommend.

My just over one year Samsung S21+ went black. Of course it was past the manufacturers warranty. I did a claim with Best Buy for another phone but they couldn't do anything else to help me. They suggested UBreakIFix. I went to the location in Sterling Heights. Travis was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done and how long it works take. The data was transferred to the new phone in the time that he said. I would recommend this location to others.
