Picked up a 10' truck and tow dolly. They were very nice and friendly and service oriented. I was totally impressed by the concern for the safety that he showed - making sure that the truck lights were correct on the tow dolly, air pressure in all four tires, connection was secure, advice for loading the car, etc. I highly recommend this location and the truck was very clean and perfectly maintained (good thing, as we then drove over 1,000 miles to Denver, CO!).

I called for a breakdown of the charges after returning my uhaul after hours. I was placed on hold and whoever picked up the phone was super rude right off the bat. Before getting into the charges I asked to speak to another person because I did not like the employees tone or the way he was speaking. He said there was no one else there who I could speak with. I advised that is not true because a lady picked up the phone and placed me on hold and I was willing to wait to speak to her or anyone else but he said no and said I can call somewhere else. That doesn’t make sense because I rented the uhauls from that location.. He literally said we are done here and disconnected the call because I did not want to speak with him and because I insisted on speaking with someone else. Very rude and unprofessional and this is not a location I will be giving my business to again.

Checked in and reserved online the night before. They had my truck up and running by the next morning the second they opened. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I only needed it for going about 1-2 miles to my new place. Only had to make 4 trips to get everything done. Put in $20 in gas and returned it the same day. Check out is simple. U just follow the prompts online. My final fee was about $68. Not sure of that is expensive (considering I added $20 in gas and also rented the Dolly for $7) but overall was a very convenient location.
