Our sushi was not fresh. It was so chewy, we spit it out. The pork in the ramen was also not fresh and had such a bad smell my daughter wouldn’t eat it. This really felt like a huge waste of money.

The worst Tonkotsu I've ever had 🍜. I ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. Sounds amazing right? Nope! All you can taste is cheap, garlic powder, and TON of it. You can't tate anything else. My appetite was ruined from the first bite. The entire entrée went straight into the trash. Also my food was delivered WITHOUT plastic ware or napkins. My sushi 🍣 was delivered without chopsticks or soy sauce. After delivery fees, I spent $75 and couldn't enjoy any of it.

I love Japanese Cuisine. Ichiban Ramen is one of the places I would recommend. Food is well prepared... clean... taste fresh! Just how Japanese food should be.

If you mean cold soba noodles no. If you mean Tsukemen ramen noodles, meaning dripping the ramen noodles into the hot broth, yes they do.
