Well I've lived here for well over 20 years now. We recently got new management. We have guest parking around the park for visitors. In order to use it, you talk to the manager to get a pass. Which is fine, but if you have a weekend visitor and no pass you get towed. But, you can't ask for one on the weekends since they're off. They used to give one pass to everybody back in the day but now they don't want to do that cause they don't want to have to check them.

Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about this place, the office people are helpful, the residents are friendly, the place looks clean and seems well kept, and overall it seems like a wonderful place to live whether it be with a family or solo with a few friends. The only issue I have run into numerous times beforehand is the parking situation. Why do you have a park that no one really goes to when you can take half of it and make a few more parking spots to make everyone happy! I know for sure that I am not the only person who thinks that the parking situation here is horrible so maybe that could solve some problems?!?
