Newly remodeled & are very nice....kitchen small but updated nicely. The apartment i was shown had a nice clean dry basement. I think with kitchen so small there should be an island seeing where you have to put kitchen table is carpeted but overall I would rent...waiting list wasn't long when I visited apartment.
