Every comment made here is correct. This place will find something wrong with your paperwork every time. I have been going here for 15yrs. It’s out of convenience, and every time I have been told I do not have the correct paperwork or I’m missing something. I always bring what they ask for on their website but it’s never right. When I go to this dmv I always expect to be turned away the first time and they have not disappointed. The most trips made for one vehicle has been 4 and each attempt I was told to bring different paperwork. This place is beyond frustrating. The people here are rude and not helpful, like one comment stated, it’s like they get pleasure in turning people away. But what does the dmv care? They know you need their services so they can act and do whatever they want. If you decide to go here bring a lunch and don’t bother typing your name in the computer for a number, they don’t use it. They just ask who is next. And don’t expect to be greeted with a smile, or expect them to be helpful.
