This Wendy’s is legit terrible. I went an hour and a half before close and they informed me as soon as I pulled up everything was MTO and the least amount of time I would wait was 15 minutes… nothing on there menu would even take that long to make. Then to make it better the girl informed me they had no tea, lemonades or frostys. After that I order chili, in which I was then told they didn’t have that. I mean honestly at that point, after they clearly don’t want to work they should probably just put a sign on the door and go home😬 Well, at least the first lie they told me about having to wait fifteen minutes for MTO food wasn’t true. I got my fries and kids meal about 15 seconds after I pulled up✊🏼

I have stopped patronizing this Wendy’s even though I drive past it virtually every day. When I have been in the dining room and bathroom in the past, both were disgustingly dirty. I made the mistake of going through the drive-through tonight. The guy who prepared my frosty started throwing it up in the air repeatedly, like juggling it. And stared at me while he did it. It was just bizarre. Before I pulled away, I checked my bag. They failed to give me napkins or a spoon for the frosty. The burger itself was practically inedible. Should have never been served. I will never, ever return to this Wendy’s, or probably any other Is anyone at Wendy’s corporate paying attention to this store or care what is going on there?

Service sucks! No baked potatoes past 6pm nor frosties (we’ve gone twice in two weeks and had the same experience) the employee got ugly with me when he told me about the potatoes. Not happy and will not be back soon!

My order was incorrect one night and I was told I could get it replaced the next day I called and spoke to Ricky the manager on duty and even without any receipt from the previous night he still replace my order and when I went to go get my order I spoke with an employee Tammy on site he was so kind and so generous to make sure our order was absolutely correct! They certainly turned what could’ve been a negative experience into a very positive one for me and my family I truly appreciate the hard work of these amazing employees!
