Ordered a super basic toasted steak and cheese on my lunch break and got an ice cold meat, soggy breaded trash can filler. Pulled off before I thought to check the food. Wont make that mistake again.

I had an issue with a cash deposit which freaked me out because it was stuck in limbo for the weekend, but the management team went above and beyond to help me. I dealt with a few managers, one spent almost an hour calling support to try to help me, another got me all the information I needed, and another really took good care of me. I admit that I did get upset and hopefully didn’t come across as rude, but they turned a nightmare into a great experience in the end.
