My name is Zamantha Hurtado, I have been trying to contact your company to sign up for medical insurance for over a week, when ever I call it states to me to press 9 for Spanish , being that I do not speak Spanish I do not press 9 and automatically it routes me to a Spanish representative automatically, why is that and can you please fix that I am untrusted on picking up your insurance but I can't seem to get no one to help me out who speaks proper English...
