Great place to get your swim on with lots of room usually to do this or you can pick a lane and swim in it. The shallow end sometimes is crowded with lots of children that can't swim in the deep end. Sometimes too much pda. It's a family place. I've seen people get in trouble for this. Overall good place! They have a heated seat area in the shallow end. That's very relaxing 😎

They have a diving board!!! You are not allowed to do back flips or stand on the board backwards!!! You can not do inverts!!! You can not have floaties or noodles or life vests!!! But you can do a traditional dive and a front flip!!!

They say it's supposed to be 80° but if you go super often you'll find out that the pool boilers don't always work properly and the water can be pretty Cold. Sometimes I think it feels like low 70's mainly due to the A/C fans that they use inside the pool area are turned on way too high

It depends upon pool calendar schedule which changes while kids are in school and when they aren't in school. But if you want to do lap swimming you can usually get in 30 minutes prior to anyone else who is just there to swim.
