Don’t try to buy a phone a full hour before the store closes, apparently they will not transfer the data from your old phone to your new phone in that time. They just lost a sale on a brand new iPhone 13 pro because of this “policy”.

Always helpful personnel good selection of phones and products and everyone willing to help find what you need I have been a customer for 15 years and there are always plenty of people to help and generally some good promotions just depending on the particular time you go in. Since the pandemic has ended in for the most part there have not been lines and access has been easy

Don't really understand the question but you can go to T-Mobile and get the same phone number if you are with another company
I do not work for T-Mobile but I have spoken about this issue with the customer service team on several occasions. They say the problem is that Rancho Mirage has not been willing or able to okay Towers being erected in certain parts of the city. Last time we chatted there was something that was going forward in the city they hoped but there was a lot of opposition from Neighbors and citizens that did not want a tower. The best thing to do is to contact TMobile at 611 if you have their service or stop in to Tmobile at 5200 East Ramon Road or an office that may be closer to you.
Fernando I believe they're open everyday from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. and a bit shorter hours on Sundays...FYI ....👍 call 1st to verify.
