Excellent service from the moment the first member of our party of five arrived until the last one walked out the door. The ambience was appealing, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was plentiful and delicious.

The kids and I took my wife and my best friend to dinner for their birthdays. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, she and I split a steak, and he got a steak. The mushrooms rocked, the server was professionally attentive for most of the meal, and we devoured the steaks. All in all a great meal enjoyed by everyone. Personally, I prefer going for lunch as it gets quite expensive after dark, but it is what it is.

You could try giftya.com they do physical and email/text message gift cards. Also the have these for LongHorn Steak house.
I've most recently been to a LongHorn in Newport News, Virginia, so I'll answer based on my experiences there. At least this will give you some insight into the kinds of practices being used, so if you walk in to dinner at some other location and see differing practices, you'll at least have something to compare to. All the staff were masked at all times, and hand sanitizer was available near the door. The number of tables were reduced, and every other booth was left vacant to maintain social distancing. In addition, the backs of each booth had vertical boards attached, making it a bit more isolated. As diners left, the staff sprayed down the table/booth, and then wiped it all down. All in all, I felt completely comfortable with their covid safety practices.
They don't even take call ahead. Texas Roadgouse does. Helps to get your name on the list ahead of time.
