The worst service I’ve ever had. They’ve made an appointment for a wrong location. I was notified about that on the day of my appointment. After a half an hour drive and half an hour waiting they said they don’t accept my insurance (even though my insurance was verified by my pcp in advance). I should’ve read feedbacks before making an appointment. Stay away if you value your time.

Terrible service. They don’t keep appointments, don’t call back, don’t submit prescriptions accurately, and office staff clearly couldn’t care less about the patient. Office staff tells you one thing and never follows through. Stay away.

It is honestly hard to describe my poor experience without giving too much personal detail (which I’d rather not publicly post) however I had a poor experience here twice. Dr. Gousse made me feel like he does not care about me (or his patients). I actually cannot believe there are medical facilities in business like this. I feel bad for patients that need care and come to him with no other direction. 😏
