I've had money invested with Cardone Capital for 3 months. They have yet invest it into a deal. When I've been able to get ahold of someone I'm told Grant has multiple deals on his desk, and is waiting for the right opportunity. The same story each month my money has sat in their account. I enjoy Grant's content, but my experience as an investor with his company has run contrary to his messaging. Maybe I'm an outlier, but at this point I'd settle with just getting my money back.
