Should have read the reviews before going!! Worst mistake ever switching from T-Mobile! Son needed Verizon for access from the academy. Went to store, order phones and accessories, bait and switch given one case with charging capability other two not. Told could return, tried to return today 2 hours in the store gal took cases never returned manager didn't care. Son in frustration walked out of the store without the cases. They make it so difficult to get in and out of this store! Folks work on commissions so keep on your toes or like us you'll end up with services and accessories that you didn't really want with the promise of just "bring it back". Slick salesman encouraged by manager. Hours on phone with customer service fixing the account and still not completely fixed.

I made appointment through the FIOs app to return my router. It sent me to this store. I had a feeling walking in that I would be sent to another store. That’s exactly what happen. The rep gave me the address which I appreciated but he ended by saying look around we are a cell phone store . No duh I know that it’s a cellphone store. I work for a cellphone store. I went to the store off Warwick. The vibe there was completely different. I found out they were a 3rd party store I expected more out of the corporate store

Carson, Maya, and David are very helpful, courteous and friendly. My rating is based on hours spent there; if it was for Carson, Maya, or David it would be 5 Stars, other Vz Reps between -2 and +2, yes that is a Negative 2. I usually only go here when I have cell service or account issues; unfortunately during those times I have never been in and out in less than 2 hours or more.

Please provide accurate hours for those who are handicapped and have limited time to do the errands that they need to run. Online it shows that you open at 9 AM until 8 PM for this specific location, and I drive all the way up here and it’s 935 and I look on the door to see that you open at 10. The hours should really be accurate to reflect what is shown online as that’s what people are looking at when they search for your store. And rather than come to the door and explain things to me, I was ignored.
