Hit or miss, the manager usually makes it right, but literally some thing is messed up every other time.. tonight I ordered the same thing I always do, except was getting it delivered this time, he called me to tell me he couldnt send a driver out this late. I live not even 3 minutes away, my son is asleep and I couldn’t leave, I called back to say I was sending someone to get it but then they kept sending me to the music so I couldn’t even talk to someone. Now I’ll wait 3-5 days for a refund.. they used to close at 2am/3am but just note they don’t close at 1am like they say, more like 12:30am. I guess.

This is absolutely my favorite Chanello’s to come to on Todd Lane. They have amazing service as well as amazing food food is always fresh and the service is always amazing. The GM I got a chance to meet today. He was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. Make sure you check out the Todd’s lane location. Fresh Food, great service!

Ordered delivery, pizza and wings. The pizza was actually very salty. Never in my life have I had pizza that had salt poured on top of it after it was done. I could actually feel the salt crunching when I took a bite. Never again.

Great pizza and even better schedule. They're open till midnight most days and in Fridays and Saturdays they're open till 1am. One of the better pizza joints in the area.
