I hate this undersized clinic. I hate the undersized parking lot. I hate the rude, incompetent, and condescending employees. Forcing patients to wear a mask- the clerks don't have them on (some of them). The clerks are hanging out and not helping - joking around and talking. Absolutely awful experience - i hate this clinic . I avoid this awful clinic at all costs. Require the staff to be courteous to all patients. The respect level from the staff towards veterans is at a zero- very condescending and rude behavior. Awful experience and I avoid this location like the plague.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything because this place has been decent over the years however I can visibly see a decline. -My scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute due to my doc being overbooked. I didn’t receive any notification. They said they tried to call but I had no missed calls, voicemails, or texts to notify me of the last minute cancellation. The lady was nice enough to walk me back to the front to get me in with a “walk in” doctor and thanked me for not yelling at her. As I sat waiting to see this “walk-in” doctor, I noticed a lot of the staff horse playing behind the desk and in the halls. You are required to wear a mask in this place however, I observed the most of the staff with their masks pulled down when playing around. (Someone is always watching) After waiting for sometime, the walk in doctor, an islander, approximately late 30s to mid 40s, I could not understand was the most ignorant doctor I’ve met. He will ask a question, not listen to what you have to say, then cut you off mid sentence. Zero communication skills and lack of knowledge. He comes off way too cocky to know so little. If you happen to get him you are better off walking out and waiting to get a real doctor. My primary is great so I will just have to wait another year again to get in with him.

This place is a zoo and a joke. Maybe 10% of the staff in this place is actually competent and helpful. I have seen staff member receive calls from sick veterans and then place them on hold so the staff member can go flirt with another staff member for 15 mins. Whomever is in charge of that place definitely does not care about veterans or if the place is running properly.

I took my dad for his yearly eye exam he had said to me that there were some changes something about a text message waiting in the car? I don't know the man's 92 anyway it was a breeze. We were greeted at the front door by gentleman asking questions about covid at 100 miles an hour I thought it was amazing he remembered everything he took our temperature and that was it. Unfortunately masks are required. the place was low-key and shockingly fast. With my dad's appointments in the past he's always had to wait a good 10 or 15 minutes after the appointment time, the other day we were in and out before his actual appointment time he was thrilled. So was I.

Go to Life Extention in Fort Lauderdale...excellent source of memory improving supplements....much cheaper option than treating the early signs of dementia or Alzheimer
Your question isn't clear enough to respond... Are you talking about the hours of operation? If so, what change did you see?
55 bus runs up and down Commercial Blvd.
Yes, all you need is your ID and the name of the meds
Walk-in is from 7am -4:30. If you have an emergency, they'll see regardless if you're registered with that VA. Aslong you're in the VA system you should be able t b seen if u have an emergency.
Call your local office and see what they say. Worst case scenario you schedule an appointment and that Dr. Sends/renews your RX
They are already open and the line gets long so I'd get there ASAP
What do you mean by community service? It is veteran's clinic, for soldiers who served their country.
Call the hospital.
