I was in the ER 9/17/22 It was relatively quicker than it normally is and you can tell the teamwork and pace of the employees is a lot better than before. As wonderful as it was to have test and services performed quickly, I was not happy with my nurse and the Dr. You can tell the nurse was being quick and dismissive, as well as the DR. Upon trying to get more info on my findings, she said this is ER and we can only help you so much. We handle life and death situations. You need to go follow up with a Specialist. And while that might be true, I don’t appreciate the quick and dismissive attitude the DR, And nurse had. If your telling me you find something in my body, I’d like more care and attention to explain exactly what that is, instead of dismissing me with a massive amount of questions. I left very anxious and stressed. Not happy.

Male doctor was extremely rude. Im pregnant and my daughter had a laceration on her face. He made me feel bad about being panicked and walked out of the room after a few choice words. I was in awe. Only reason it's 2 stars is because the nurse made up for his horrible behavior and I am grateful to her.
