Horrible customer service. Called 2 days in a row and nobody picked up, then, drove 20 minutes to make an appointment in person and everyone in the back was chitchatting and nobody came up front to help me after waiting 20 minutes. Absolutely insane. They have 4 numbers on their website and none of them work to leave a voicemail or apparently to have an employee pickup the phone. Insane

Any age is completely fine just that if they are a minor the parent/guardian would need to fill out a child consent form.

We use azulene hard wax (strip-less), very gentle with the skin! We have been open for almost 10 years in Homestead!
