This place is ok, it’s good for my Kids but for me not so…. I went for braces, I did a consultation & contract with them a month ago but didn’t start the process because I needed a cleaning (which I went and did). I come back a month later, I waited literally 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to tell me they take my insurance but because it’s through the Marketplace they can’t accept it….I never heard of that…so after taking X-rays, making future appointments and paying a down deposit (which they did reimburse me back), I waisted valuable time something they could have called me and told me over the phone, Hopefully when my kids go back for there appointments, I don’t have any issue because there insurance is through Medicaid…. You never know with this place smh.

I love the whole staff and drs. all very friendly and nice. The only issue is they have the rudest office manager I ever seen. She is always loud and mean, she has the worst attitude. Honestly I don’t know how she fits there.

This is a much better place now, I had a bad experience before with my 2 older children, but I when to the other homestead children's dentist and the receptionist was something special, so I decided to try it again because of their good reviews. Their staff is really friendly, doctor is knowledgeable and very professional, appointments are fairly on time, the place is extremely kids friendly and welcoming for children. I'm resuming I'm really happy with the place and I definitely recommend it.

For some unknown reason, they can never get my child appointment right and when I inquire or make it known, I’m faced with an attitude by the office manager. The Office Manager is hostile, rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. The Doctors are good; however, it could go unnoticed, when your staff calls your client house and tell them to find another dentist because they (staff) can’t deal with clients telling them their continuous issues. I probably will be looking for another dentist and taking my grandchildren and niece who I recently referred to them with me. So thank you Mrs/Ms. Office Manager. If you keep up with the negative behavior, you may be losing clients for your boss. I know 1 or 6 might not mean anything now but, eventually more will leave because of your behavior. To the doctor’s I don’t care how good you are, NOBODY wants to be disrespected. I tried addressing this issue regarding her behavior with someone over a year ago. I requested to speak to my son’s doctor and was denied the opportunity to speak on the issue. This negative behavior has escalated to the point that she disrespectfully calls my house and then hangs the phone up in my face is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
