Found what we needed 👀🔍 / Cool, comfortable and clean 😎 / Someone needs to do a cart run 🛒 / Self checkout was only open and there were many customers in line 🙄 / They should have one check stand open along with the self check out so people have a choice 🤔 .

It's kinda dead if you don't have something specific in mind like the movies, all you can eat Asian buffet, or Dickie's BBQ restaurant for a few examples.

This place was sloppy and food was messy and dried out, salad bar lettuce was fresh but condiments looked old and stale. Customer service was poor, floors were filthy and their employees do not seem kid friendly, and are not much help. I expected positive service from John's Incredible Pizza place in Buena Park, but left unsatisfied. In the past I have been to the one in Bakersfield which is 80% better than this one.

Great theater for the price. The seating was comfortable. Customer service was good. And it wasn't too crowded, probably because people still aren't comfortable getting out.

When you enter through the entrance by buffalo wild wings they'll occasionally have you tempt check, but the tempt check isn't enforce at all the entrances & the tempt check isn't monitor all the time. Mask are still require though.
I've been going to BP mall for years and I have never seen or hear anything like that, not even advertised, It must be somewhere else.
