We have lived here for right around 6 years and couldn't ask for a better place. Jamie and Bear are wonderful people and they continue to manage the park with the care and dedication that only great managers can do. They continue to treat the people who live here with the otmost respect. We have checked out other rv parks and personally non compares to ours. We wanted to also thank corporate for the gifts that they have given this year and in the past. They are truly appreciated.

Awful place awful staff and all in all just an absolutely terrible place to be. Managers are douchebags and constantly looking for ways to come down on n fine people for no reason. They are nosy snoops all up in everyones business especially when not necessary. They are rude and ignorant people.

I don't live there. You would have to call them to find out.
Yep. They change it to a weekly rate for summer vacationers. You don't pay for water.... Everyone has to crunch their own numbers when it comes to electric, and that isn't exclusive to camping out.... Take note of the maximum watts on the device you use. Multiply that number by how many hours you're using the device, and you have "Watt/hours." With the resulting answer, PUD should be able to help you calculate your maximum bill by the end of the month....
You would have to contact the office. I'm not sure if there are any openings.
I would call the office. There are occasional openings but they are rare.
It has electrical and septic hookup for all spaces. And yes 30 ft. RV will fit.
It is 35$ per night and we don't offer RV rentals. Thanks for the inquiry :)
We usually offer a public dumping station when we have a pull through space open, however, at the moment we don't. Best of luck to you on your travels ❤
Sorry, nothing available right now. You will have to call the office for more info.
It varies by space but low end is around 465 up to about 490.
Are there any openings
Hi there! Great question. There is no age limit on any RV, but they must be nicely maintained and inspected by management before park approval
