I would give 5 stars however, they seem to be quite racist here. They definitely will give priority to anyone that does not speak English. They also have strict rules about households and how many people from each household can get help from the food bank. 1 person from each household every 2 weeks. Unless you do not speak English then you can fill as many carts as you want apparently. I was there when 2 different times a group of people (the woman, her nanny & her grown daughter) were told they can only have 1 cart. (I know they were from the same household cause they told me they were) they just ignored the workers and proceeded to fill 2 full carts and another handheld basket. I think it's amazing what the foodbank does. However, the person who runs it/owns it needs to make sure the volunteers are enforcing the rules fairly & consistently between everyone. I do not like the fact the volunteers are definitely more sympathetic and caringbtowards people whom can't speak English and I've seen it numerous times while I've been there. Maybe the volunteers just seem to think it's easier to let others break the rules rather than trying to keep saying something to someone who doesn't understand. I can understand why the volunteers do this, it's so frustrating to have someone get angry or short with you when they don't understand what you're saying. However, I think they need to enforce the rules respectively and evenly between all people

Very nice people. There is usually a little bit of a wait but with grocery prices higher than ever it has definitely helped my family
