They killed my friends dog. I don't want this to happen to you. On Sept 13th the groomer from #happyspadogs Mobile grooming, showed up around 10:45am to groom my 2.1 lb tea cup yorkie. 10 minutes later he brought her to the door and she was dead. He said she jumped out of his arms and hit her head. The vet report says she had a broken neck and died instantly. The receptionist LULU had no compassion and said since it was an accident there is no compensation. Meaning not even an apology from the owner Christopher T Ansevin, Lulu or the groomer, who I cannot get the name of. I called animal control and they doing an investigation, however, they have not received a return call either from the owner. I went directly to the address listed for "Sad" Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming and left a note to please do the right thing and call me back. At this point I am filing a small claims as well as calling the BBB and Yelping the f out of this company. I am not sure yet if they are bonded or insured. There should be a protocol in place for incidents. It is not about the money its about protecting and caring for our fur-babies and taking responsibility when they are in a professionals care. We trust these people with our child, Zero was my child. I don't have children and she traveled everywhere with me. My heartbreaks, but now I am angry about the way this has been handled. Protect your animals and boycott this company! Please share and help save our babies. I loved Zero more than anything

Dawn does an excellent job with a teddy bear cut. There is a $10.00 gas surcharge, which is not too surprising, given the price of gas.
