Had several great experiences purchasing hair here in person in the past, and I was having trouble trying to sign into my pro account online (systems aren’t connected.) I called the store and had the best experience with a super helpful, lovely, honey-voiced human with a name that started with a Z, I think! Was super easy to place my order right on the phone, and I was told it ships standard to Brooklyn within in 1-3 days. This is also where I send my transfemme folx to purchase their first human hair wigs, because the quality is great and the service has always been on point, which is everything. They then wear them in for a dry cut and that brings it to life! Very groovy, very good vibes.
