Helena herself, is extremely rude and should learn how to speak to people. I kindly asked a simple question about having a wig vented (which is wig 101 extremely basic if you make wigs you can do this), and I was told they don’t work on wigs that are not from their store. I totally understand this but when I ask if she knows anywhere I can go or anyone I can ask and she looks at me like I have four heads with a rude condescending smirk and tells me she can’t give me that information I have a problem with that. You would think someone working in the hair industry for people dealing with hair loss due to medical illness would want to help spread knowledge or information as simple as a place I can go since she can not offer me this service. I was told she is extremely rude by who referred me but that it’s worth dealing with her nasty attitude as her work is good but I didn’t realize it was as bad as I was told. People remember how you make them feel and no matter how good her work is her nasty attitude will always cloud over that and people won’t forget that. Helena needs to learn about empathy, compassion and common human decency/respect when dealing with people. If she was a smart business woman she would have said I’m really sorry I can’t help you but why don’t we see about doing a custom wig for you but I can’t imagine paying to deal with her - one interaction with her is more than enough for a lifetime. Can only imagine how it is to work for her

Upon meeting Helena I knew immediately I had come to the right place. Being an artist myself I could sense that Helena knew exactly how to solve the problem of my thinning hair, matching the texture, color and wave while understanding the style I was comfortable with. I never felt rushed on the contrary I felt that Helena wanted to hear everything I had to say in order to produce the right product for me. When I returned to try on my completed topper I was overwhelmed by how perfectly Helena had matched the color and wave of my own hair and the lace top transitioned seamlessly eliminating the problem of the thinning hair on top of my head. My custom made topper was styled beautifully, is comfortable and the measurements that Helena took resulted in a perfectly sized hairpiece. Lastly, Helena and her staff could not have been nicer. A great experience from beginning to end. Exceeded 5 stars.

Helena is an artist! My wife is in chemotherapy and decided she wanted a wig. The quality is truly incredible and has exceeded her expectations. Beyond being so compassionate, she delivered this to my wife on a extremely tight timeline. If you or your loved one needs a wig for a medical reason, you can absolutely rely on her to deliver an amazing product.
