Bought six tires for motorhome for $1200.00. Four tires went flat overnight. Took it back to have the problem addressed after spending 5.5 hrs the first time just to spend 3.5 hrs the second time. Tires still go flat.

After a recent oil change at a different business, I was informed that my tires were badly in need of replacement. I contacted Big O, the place where I originally purchased them to discuss the matter and fact that they didn't last as long as they were warranted for. (that's an issue for the manufacturer, not Big O) I spoke with Isaac and he suggested that I come in and bring my maintenance records along. I'm so pleased that he was able to work out a proration and set me up with a brand new set of tires for a great price. Isaac explained my obligation to keep the warranty in place and told me that I can easily make appointments for suggested rotation so that I can make the best use of my time. The crew had me ready to go in about an hour and I even got a great lunch recommendation. Thank you to Isaac and the staff.
