I am completely disgusted with our very brief stay, The room smelled moldy and stale, the Bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like laying on concrete, we felt very leery about staying, the room was a complete nightmare, and for $177.00, this outdated room was very overpriced. After 30 minutes, we left and drove to the Hyatt in Braintree, what a breath of fresh air, I will never stay at this hotel, nor will I ever refer this hotel to anyone. I felt extremely filthy just laying on the bed, extremely stressful situation. An absolute horrendous experience which lasted 30 minutes. Plus our room just had sheets. No comforter, no quilt. The photos which are shown on the website are inaccurate. I wish our room had looked like the one shown in the photos. Unfortunately, we did not.

i would give this a 1.5 stars. i stayed here with my daughters school on their DC Boston trip. one of the floors smelled like cigarette smoke and so did the elevator. we had booked about 30 rooms, and 6 of them smelled like cigarette smoke as well. one of the rooms toliets was cracked and didnt flush. the quality and upkeep of the rooms was poor. also, all the packaged breakfast products were definitely frozen before and were gross. the comforter/duvet in the rooms were different, and some didnt have a comforter they had a blanket between sheets. it is also located next to a night club and a gas station, so it wasnt an ideal location for kids. it was loud, and we heard people walking everywhere even at 1/2 am. the person at the counter in the lobby was strange, and the entire place felt very ghetto.

I stayed with my fiance, the first 4 days were great, day 5 I used points to stay. The manager and assistant manager in my opinion should be more on the same page. Polar opposites. One seems to want to help you best they can ,and the person over her, seems to make her feel bad for doing just that! One won't stang up for what's right. She follows the leader basically. After a reasonable security deposit for a middle aged couple, 25$, manager wants to up it. We had trouble getting it back for a while, finally got it 23 days later. Then a few weeks later went back to same hotel, with a cash deposit instead to avoid issues. Didn't happen issues prevailed! This time, they wanted to "check room" upon check out, ( fine, but why now?) and reported " smells like cigarette smoke" (yea right it doesnt!) . If so not its definitely NOT from us. Not inside smokers for many reasons, one vapes and doesn't allow the other to smoke inside. Made me think they were trying to keep my cash. The supervisor, asked if I wanted to "leave my cash" huh? (100 cash now) two weeks prior it was only 5 dollars on my debit card) After saying politely. " No thank you, thanks for offering, came the "smells like smoke" from maid, who was quickly accompanied by manager who seems to make things complicated, in addition to all of this it caused lateness, for us because an UBER was waiting outside! So now they decided to announce "next time you come here it's "150 CASH!!" "Bc we think we smell smoke." To put you all at ease, I LIVE with a smoker, who smoked in the car, not the house, my clothes have smoke on them and while taking a hot shower, I put my everyday sweatshirt on the back of the toilet . Smart people would figure out that's where a slight smell of cigarettes come from NOT smoke. I will put this hotel on the bottom of my choice list.

The first room I was directed to had hair in the bathtub and sink.... and was on the "street side" where I requested upon check in a quiet room. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change for the aforementioned reasons and was given a key to another room by a desk clerk who did not even talk to me or look at me. She seemed disgruntled by my request. 2nd room was fine. Nice, well appointed and very clean. I went to get ice from TWO ice machines in the bldg. BOTH were out of order. I can understand one, but both?? No chilled drinks for me this evening.... I went to the "bkfst room" to use the microwave as there is not one in the room and the place was completely dark.... I had to use my phone flashlight to find the dials. Worst of all, the people on the other side of the wall had their TV on low ALL NIGHT LONG (I guess there are people who need the TV on to go to sleep???) and I maybe got 3 hrs of very broken and frustrating. My whole experience here was not streamlined and not at all relaxing. This is "one and done".
