Bad customer service. After we drove 1000 miles, we stayed the first night at this hotel, and they give us a room facing the freeway. we spoke with the guest representative and asked him to change the room to a quieter room and he said if we don’t like the room we should leave the hotel. when we asked to speak to his manager he called the caps on us and kicked us out. My vacation changed to trash. I had to deal with the heat and hight prices resulting in booking another hotel within the same day.

Great hotel. The staff here are courteous and attentive. Rooms are up to date and clean. Definitely staying here again if I'm in the area.

This hotel is amazing and the staff is fantastic! I will always return to this hotel when in Boston. The manager and her staff went over the top to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive to our details and we appreciate all of their efforts

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it remains a solid choice. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is super comfortable. My only wish, and it's definitely a first world problem, is for better and bigger towels. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet providing a great night's sleep. I hit the treadmill in the morning and again found the workout space clean and working well. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I was impressed with the gentlemen who monitored the breakfast bar area. He took such care and made sure all tables were clean. Overall it was a great stay.
