The team at Fiesta Ford provided excellent service for my car. It was very easy to schedule my appointment online taking only a few seconds and I was able to get an appointment only a few days out. The service team is very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my repairs at any given point. The service area is very nice & comfortable with lots of entertainment and beverages. While I waiting for my repair to be completed I also had the chance to talk to the sales team as I am considering a Mustang Mach-E. I was impressed how knowledgeable the Fiesta Ford staff was about all their new and used vehicles. The sales staff gave me all the information I needed. Overall outstanding customer service. Thank you Fiesta Kia Team!

The evening staff was completely out of control because I came in 7 minutes before closing time they argued with me through the fact that I came into the front door was impossible because they said they were closed even though our state they don't close until 7:00 p.m. they had a complete lack and disregard of customer care and/or concern to buy refusing to answer a simple question originally I dropped off a vehicle to be serviced for an oil change they said it was ready to be picked up I would have no problem even if I was a few minutes late as I was dropped off by an Uber wasted $40 and was disrespected to the highest level I have ever experienced in my life.... I've never felt more disrespected disregarded blown off as such 9/08/22@ 5:48 pm
