Worst customer service I’ve experienced. They don’t communicate between their departments and will cancel your appointment the day of. I just spent an hour on hold and was told they were unable to help and hung up. I’ve had issues each time I’ve set up appointments and now I’m going elsewhere. The hygienist and dentist were great though.
